Let’s get this week cracking.

Green smoothie: Coconut water, splash rice milk, 1/2 banana, 1/4 lemon, handful frozen kale, tbsp vegan rice protein, tsp rice malt syrup.

Office snack: Shredded coconut, walnuts and chia seeds.
