Cue sweaty hugs, high fives, group stretching and fireballs! Over the weekend I pulled on my Nike runners, leggings and singlet (yes I’m a marketers dream) and ran the 10km all-women race around Sydney’s Centennial Park.   Today was a happy  and inspirational day. I began my holistic nutrition studies for the year, I worked from home and squeezed in an early morning run and swim with one of my favourite people in the world, my older sister. I was inspired today by the efforts of my new roomie who finished an Olympic length triathlon in 10th place. That’s a 2km swim, 40km bike ride and 10km swim for us rookies. Pretty amazing right?
